Adhesive  coatings

 Bonding rubber to metal is often used as a mechanism to solve many torsional stress, vibration and motion control problems. Lord adhesives are used on metal parts to facilitate this bonding. In preparation for the rubber bonding, metal parts are phosphated  and then coated with Lord adhesives. 

 

We have high volume capacity which includes 4 chain-on-edge coating lines. In addition, we have 2 barrel phosphating  lines.
