URETHANE

Pictured above is a mixer used to grind up glass for recycling. The coating thickness is approximately 3/8 in thick. This material was chosen after a world wide search to find a coating that would withstand tremendous corrosion, abrasion and wear.  This coating is ideal for heavy duty industrial applications. Some examples are stone handling equipment such as belt and screw conveyors, belts, troughs, bins, and hoppers; and steel handling fixtures that move steel coils as well as fixtures that handle finished parts; and

equipment that handles dry bulk food items such as grains.

 

This coating can be applied to almost all materials at thicknesses up to 1/2 inch and be tinted any color. This coating can be applied in house or at your site.
