RUBBER

Synthetic rubber coatings exhibit the ultimate in durability and strength in the foam coatings industry. These coatings, applied to polyethylene, polyurethane, EVA and plastics such as ABS, exhibit UV stability, and abrasion, puncture, moisture and chemical resistance. Withstanding temperature ranges of –30° F to 200° F , rubber coatings also show a weatherability up to 7 years. Rubber coatings are available in a wide variety of matte finish colors including fluorescents. Typical applications are foam positioning devices, buoys, seat cushions and boat and dock bumpers. These coatings have been in use in the medical industry for over a decade.
