Award Plaque

Anodizing imparts a film thickness of 3 to 25 microns.  The lower to mid range thicknesses are ideal for decorative finishes so they may be etched or brightened to enhance appearances. Red, one of the many colors available, improves the appearance and enhances the decorative value of this plaque.

 

 

Electronic Housing

 

Black anodizing with a chemical film allows detailed areas of the part to be masked to retain the original surface.  Sulfuric anodizing imparts corrosion and scratch resistance to this electronic component housing.

Russell Products has the ability to anodize a wide dimensional range of parts from a few inches to many feet tall. The dimensions of one Anodize tank is 10 ft. x 4 ft. x 4 ft.  The other tank is 8 ft. deep.
