This brass faucet assembly has the inner water
channel coated under a vacuum with DYKOR® protective coating to prevent
lead from leaching out into the water. DYKOR® conforms to FDA requirements. |

| Suave™ "soft touch decorative coatings add interesting
aesthetic and tactile dimensions to household products. Providing a matte, rubber-like
surface to a product, it creates a firm comfortable grip that prevents slipping. The
soft to the touch matte finish comes in an unlimited range of colors that can be matched
to existing colors. There is good resistance to abrasion and wear. It is non-reflective
and dishwasher/U.V. safe. Suave™ can be applied to phenolics, AABS, Melamine, Methacrylates,
PVC, Iron, aluminum, nylon and stainless steel. Products must be oil and dust-free before
application. Suave cures at low temperatures (30 minutes at 80° C/176° F). The coating rejuvenates
and brings to life old products with exciting colors.

Bonding rubber to metal is often used as a mechanism to solve
many torsional stress, vibration and motion control problems. Lord adhesives are used on metal
parts to facilitate this bonding. In preparation for the rubber bonding, metal parts are phosphated
and then coated with Lord Adhesives.
We have high volume capacity which includes 4 chain-on-edge lines. In addition, we have 2 barrel
phosphating lines. |
