| WS2 |
|
| Tungsten Disulfide (WS2) is a solid lubricant that does
not depend on absorption for its lubricating qualities. Offering exceptional
advantages to the plastics industry, WS2 is used to solve problems
concerning mold release and flow. For more information see

| EMRALON® |
|
| This flexible, water based coating is a resin-bonded
PTFE lubricant that prevents binding, seizing, sticking and tearing of rubber and
plastic parts during production and assembly. It protects substrates from
oil, alcohol, gasoline, dirt and abrasive materials. |
 |
| XYLAN® |
| Xylan® has excellent adhesion to a variety of materials including
but not limited to steel, brass, aluminum, copper, ceramic, wood and fiberglass. It is wear, corrosion
(salt water, road chemicals, etc.) and weather resistant. It exhibits a wide operating
temperature range of -240° F to 550° F. With a low coefficient of friction of 0.02, it has remarkable
release properties. An extensive color range is available to personalize the product. |

| EVERLUBE® |
PTFE |
| Everlube® is effective over a wide temperature range
(-420° F to 2000° F) where grease and oil lubricants are ineffective. Everlube® meets
many specifications including MIL-L-46010, MIL-L-81329, MIL-L-25504, MIL-L-22273 and
MIL-L-8937 a, b and c. It is efficacious to apply Everlube® on valves,
cams, rack and pinion gears, threaded fasteners, slides, rollers, latches and a host
of load bearing surfaces. |

| Permalon coatings are a proprietary series of
dry film lubricants containing Molybdenum Disulfide or PTFE. They are all purpose coatings that
have a large range of applications. They are noted for appearance, their ease
of cleaning, and their excellence in rubber release. For more information, see
Moly
or PTFE. |

| Molydag™ is a performance lubricant that is made
up of Molybdenum disulfide and other lubricating solids. It can be applied
to a variety of substrates including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys.
The performance obtained by a coating of Molydag™ depends on the care given to
substrate preparation. Recommended substrate preparations include: grit or vapor blasting, degreasing, chemical treatment, solvent
cleaning, alodining or anodizing. When cured, the
coating conforms to Military Specification MIL-L-8937-D. |
